Shipping
The cost for shipping and handling is not included and is only displayed at the end of the order on the "Cart" page. Shipping of products outside Canada might be subject to the payment of customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.
Knobsboutique.com has no control over these amounts and cannot predict them. You need to gather information from your local competent authority before.
- On the Shipping Destination page select from two delivery destinations for your order:
- Ship to My Billing Address - Delivered directly to your home or office using the address entered on the registration page. Standard or Premium service is available.
- Ship to Another Address - Perfect for sending gifts to any location in Canada or in the USA for having your order delivered to an alternate address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your order during normal business hours. Standard or Premium service is available.
- All orders ship by courier for Canada. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
- Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the courier used. Please note that for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control shipping may be delayed (inclement weather, lost packages, customs etc.)
- Courier Company will not ship any order to a PO Box.
- All orders shipped to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, will incur an additional $30.00 shipping and handling fee and ship via Postal Service Priority Mail. Please add 10- 15 days to projected delivery time.
- For all International Shipments, we will email you with the actual shipping amount for your approval prior to processing your order. We do not accept credit cards issued outside the Canada and United States because we are unable to verify the information. Orders with this information will be flagged and put on hold. You will receive a separate email with the additional shipping charges and instructions on where to send payment. Payment must be sent in the form of an international money order or bank check before shipping.
- Large items will be flagged and we will advise you for the price of the transport . Those items are shipped using our network of ground couriers and will require longer delivery times.
- Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of inventory in our Distribution Centre.
- Orders placed for in-stock products will typically be processed and shipped within 24 hours from our Montreal centre (Quebec- Canada).
Return Policy
Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted either by E-mail or Fax to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number, RGA Number.
Once the RGA is issued, you will have 10 days to return the product back to our warehouse in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees (25%).
We make every effort to pack and ship our products carefully and we expect the same consideration. All products that are returned need to be packaged in a similar fashion as when received to ensure damage does not occur, no credit will be issued unless products are received in good re-sellable condition. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason.
No Unauthorized Returns Will Be Accepted. Please Contact Us Prior To Returning Any Items.
All returns must have an RGA Number clearly marked on the package. No credit will be issued without this number.
Please ship the package via a method that is traceable (Purolator, DHL, UPS, FedEx …)
We do not accept COD shipments.
Missing, Defective or Damaged Product
All orders are inspected prior to shipment. If a product is received damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 business days, we will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective items. If a product is missing, please contact us in writing (E-mail or Fax ) within 48 hours. We will replace all missing merchandise immediately.
Please do not ship anything back without prior authorization.
We will not issue credits until the merchandise has been received and inspected.

Cancellations
Products are shipped within 24 hours. No cancellations or modifications will be allowed after that delay. Goods already shipped may not be canceled.
